About Me ...

Born in Broken Hill, NSW (1963), I am a divorced, mother of three children (now grown up) living in Sydney, Australia. 

 

My recreational wellness includes renovating/interior decorating, making my own unique brand of essential oil and soy wax candles and contemporary singing (I take regular lessons and would like to professionally record very soon). 

 

I love to walk, garden, grow herbs/fruit/vegetables, cook, spend time in nature and

explore & enjoy new inspiring places and experiences in my downtime.

Nutritionally I enjoy a gluten-free, dairy-free pescetarian diet and am mindful of the daily macro & micronutrients that I consume.

I am a down to earth & grounded Taurean (Aryuvedic 'Aries' born on the cusp) and 'Nurturer' Archetype

with both Hyper-Achiever & Stickler saboteurs running my show (Positive Intelligence)!
